Sandy Nelson is great! She waited at least a year for my renter to move out so she could put the property up for sake.

Sandy new of someone who would possibly buy the property "as is" in the condition it was in, which was fantastic, considering my living in Florida and the stress it would have caused to get it in shape living there.

I would recommend her highly, although the chances of soing so are slim due to where I live and having no family there.

Beth Pressler's knowledge of the Grosse Point area as well as her utter attention to detail made her an amazing choice for our house buying process.

We are first time home buyers and were a little shaky on what to do and what to expect. Beth guided us through the entire journey with confidence and poise. We looked at 5 or 6 homes and she was always available to contact agents and sellers to get us in as soon as possible to check the homes out. I never felt like we were waiting or lagging behind in the process. She answered emails and texts right away and made us feel like we were her only clients - it was wonderful.
